Chase Waldren

Managing Partner

Originally from northern California, Chase used the experience of watching his parents accumulate single-family rentals to drive his dedication to creating value in the multifamily industry. Attaining a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Arizona State University, Chase now resides in Gilbert, Arizona. He has first hand experience in commercial construction management with a focus of new healthcare construction and renovation work. Along with maximizing opportunities and building his portfolio, Chase focuses his efforts on building relationships and helping others around him.

Cody French

Managing Partner

Cody obtains a passion for fulfilling his life to his greatest potential and encouraging others to do the same; a principle instilled in him by his parents at an early age. His drive for success comes from the gratitude of blessing loved ones, those around him and expanding his knowledge in unfamiliar areas of his life. With early intentions on flipping residential properties of his own, Cody seeks to continue building his portfolio in multifamily real estate working with those that are like minded. Obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Systems Engineering from Arizona State University, Cody now lives in Charlotte, North Carolina.
